Yesterday I had the chance to return to Romaniv Disabled Boys Orphanage. If you haven’t read the article about it yet, you can find it here. This time, the weather was nice, so we got to go outside!

As I look at these smiles, I think of how I would be so concerned about my picture not looking right or not winning the game. These boys remind me of the simple joys of participation and play.

Barry – i love the photos! To me they are as powerful as the texture and color of your words. The picture of the boy’s hand holding a paintbrush to the canvass for his first time ever and applying soothing greens to the picture is inspired. Thanks for the time it takes to produce these high quality “insights” of your trips.
