We’re official!

Exciting news for World Next Door! We have been approved by the IRS as an official 501(c)3 tax-exempt not-for-profit!!!
This is amazing and exciting for several reasons…
First, it means that World Next Door can officially blaze ahead, without any more “what if’s” hanging over us on the legal side of things.
Second, it happened only one month after we submitted the paperwork. I was told (by people who know what they are talking about) that this process usually takes 4-6 months to complete!
Third, we were approved without the need for any follow up questions, further clarification or extra forms to fill out. That is amazing.
Finally, putting this all in perspective, World Next Door was nothing more than an idea six months ago. Now it’s a fully operational not-for-profit with a board of directors, a bank account, a website and a small but dedicated support base.
Once again I am reminded that God is the one we are serving in all of this. Because without him, none of this would have been possible…

Thank you for being our eyes and ears to what’s happening around the world! It’s so satisfying to read the articles, because I can be with the people you write about (and you) in spirit. I’m excited for WND… for its impact it will make on our perspectives and the way we live our lives!
