Oh my goodness!!! You are so funny! When I lived in Durban, South Africa, with an Indian family ~ the dish I almost "barfed all over the table" with was tripe. All the insides of the animals in a stew. It was..um, almost the worst thing I've ever smelled. And to TASTE it... oh dear. It was, gross! I admire your courage and your adventure.
